* SNOW LEVELS... RAPIDLY LOWERING TUESDAY NIGHT TO 2000 TO 2500 FEET.
* TIMING... TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS... 1 TO 4 INCHES.
* TEMPERATURES... VERY COLD TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE 20S. WIND CHILL VALUES MAY FALL INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS AT TIMES.
* WINDS... SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH THROUGH PASSES AND OVER RIDGES TUESDAY EVENING... SHIFTING TO THE NORTH WEDNESDAY MORNING.
* VISIBILITY... VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO BELOW ONE-HALF MILE IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
